Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish based on rice, traditional sauces, fresh fruits, vegetables and raw fish. In the Czech Republic there are also widespread variations of poke with chicken meat or vegan poke. Hawaiian food gained its popularity thanks to the variety of colors and flavors.
In the bowl, the main protein is heat-treated – teriyaki chicken and fried salmon. Otherwise, bowls and poke are quite similar.
The basic ingridients for poke and bowl is sushi rice, then Bowlers sauces, fresh tropical fruits, vegetables, protein and toppings. At the customer’s request, we can change salad instead of sushi rice.
We accept all type of cards and also meal cards like Sodexo, Ticket restaurant, Cheque Dejeuner.
